By accessing and using Sitery ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Sitery provides hosting services for WordPress, including but not limited to website hosting, SSL certificates, backups, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Billing and Payment

Our Service operates on a subscription basis with plans starting at $15.00 per site per month. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
• Pay all fees and applicable taxes
• Receive prorated charges when adding sites mid-cycle
• Receive prorated credits when removing sites

Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Host content that is illegal, abusive, or violates third-party rights
• Use excessive server resources that impact other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for phishing, spam, or other malicious activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your sites. We do not monitor, review, or endorse user content. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a license to host, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or data loss that may occur.

8. Backups

We provide automatic daily backups as part of the Service. While we take reasonable measures to ensure backup reliability, we recommend maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for any data loss.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sitery and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your sites will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which they will be suspended and eventually deleted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Service interruptions or data loss

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
